Nice background, the render doesn't suit it at all though.

its ok, you could make that into a sweet abstract sig if you removed the render and add some more effects :p

If you created that bg, way to go! When you want to try to work with renders, it's best to blend them into the background. This can be done by working with your brush and smudge tool.

If you want to edit this current sig, you can replace the render with a different one. A good render could be something bright, like a girl, or even a character with bright clothes.

Try blending the render with the background more.

    Not bad.

^ It's great that you made good impressions with the 'abstract' sigs, but you should also try other styles. With/without renders, stocks, abstract, etc. The point of this subforum isn't to be the best sig-maker.
In fact, if you're having problems with a certain thing, like this signature, you should work on it.

Could you post a link to the render? i would like to use the render in a signature.
You picked a good render but the render and the background do not go together. Add some text next time also, that can really help your graphics.

    Hard Core Render.

    Not so good background.
Most of it is random strokes of brushes that you can use via Photoshop CS3.
Then you can just blur it out.

    Like the idea though.

Find something dark for that render, if you like Sonic, try Shadow from Sonic then. Make the render have a similar color as the background.

    Good Luck!
