How they "scamme":I traded him over we were waiting for the other guy to create a sythe account to fill in the template and Pegasus claimed to got banned for rwting

As stated by his ToS @Pegasus is not liable for any bans. @Arcanious traded the 509M over to @Pegasus, the btc from Global#2309 was never received by @Arcanious because he felt rushed, at which point the ban took place - once he realised the gold had been lost he was obviously not going to send any money.

In instances like these, the buyer and seller take a 50% hit so Global#2309 would have to pay half to @Arcanious but neither the MM (@Pegasus) or @Arcanious waited or pushed the user to make a sythe account despite @Pegasus' ToS stating both parties must have a sythe account.

If you can convince Global#2309 to pay half for the above reasons, you're free to, however a DNT or punishment can't take place as he's not a sythe user. @Pegasus if you wish to pay back an amount to @Arcanious you can do so from your own good will, but aren't required to.
