I've DNT'd him for ban evasion already

... like I have time for that.. even if he gets a proper ban he will make another account and restart the process over and over

 

@permillusion - You need to fill out a valid report, users do pardon and pay back their debts.

You can also apply for the community repayment fund to recover some of the funds: Have you been scammed and want to be paid back?

The report has to be valid though.
