my third sig......im new to ps so plz tell me how to get better

 

background doesn't go with the render you failed you blend it in with the background try reading some tuts on blending

 

I think it is pretty good, I would fix the font though, looks odd.

 

As Diety said, the text you used really kills it. Try downloading some new fonts and choose a complimentary colour for the text, that and try finding some tutorials on some different blending effects that you can use.
