Trading lvl 90+ for a Decent lvl 3 Skiller

It has done all major quests (DT, MM etc..)
Currently does have recovs, cant remember them but am currently working on removing them.

Looking for a lvl 3 skiller mainly with a high lvl wc. 99 would be nice lol
