I don't really like these labels, being a geek or so doesn't make you less of a person. But in my opinion I like music, and sports. Up to you to deicide what I am. =\

I get labeled a lot. I've heard goth, emo, and skatter more then anything. Weird seeing as I don't skate... But I guess it depends on how you view me

 

I don't label myself. I think it makes you look dumb when you label yourself and everyone around you.

Thanks, at least one person is smart enough not to try to classify themself under some bullshit theory of "if you do this.." etc. Damn guys lol, really you need to get some self respect and understand that you are you, you aren't a group, you're yourself. Your friends should respect what traits you have, not what traits the group is supposed to have.

If you're really going to label yourself as one of these, it means you don't have much variety in your life, and I like to have variety. I guess I'm a little bit of all of these...well, maybe not skater..

Truth. I think reason is basically that it's so much easier to slap yourself into an easily-compatible group and stick with them. This is why I have such issues with kids at school. The majority of them don't understand the pointlessness of being popular or cool, and almost none of them understand what it means to be an individual.

I was just walking around today, and I noticed something. All of the kids I knew were in their usual hangouts... the same place they are EVERY DAY. That hot flutist from band was outside the cafeteria with her usual friends. The history genius from AP US History was in front of the library, with his usual group. The transfer from Alaska was behind the library, with the kids that are there every day, and so on. Why is it that people do this? It just seems that basic instinct is for birds of a feather to flock together.

As for me, I really couldn't label myself. Others would label me nerd, and they would be mostly be right. I like to do all the "nerdy" things (build computers, surf the web, play video games, etc). But I also like things that may surprise people, such as Beatboxing, writing, and philosiphy. Again, I don't have too many friends because most of the kids at my school just seem socially retarded. Am I the only one who thinks this?

 

I guess you could call me an all arounder? I'm pretty smart, I like sports, I dress nice, etc.
