Mostly a casual that occasionally purchases gold on here, when I decide to play RS for a few weeks every year.

Might as well ask me for my birth certificate and my mums maiden name.

This is genuinely not OK, also falsely advertising payment options on your site.
Then being told by your support "we do not offer that option."

If your verification is literally the same as registering for a bank account?
Warn me, before I throw my money down the fucking drain.

Honestly, genuinely baffled by my experience.


Was offered no other form of verification, I was simply told to either do it or ask for a refund which would take 4-11 business days.
