Not quite as good as my last one, but this one only took like 5 mins :|

 

I like the render, but i do not believe the render fits in this style of signature.
I quite like how you have done the text, maybe change the font to something more simple. Dupe the lay do some smudging to the left side of the screen and it could give the effect as sonic is running.

 

i like text and render just maytbe dupe and smude like fat said, also add a border
