Bleep test

Didn't have that test (had another one which I aced). If it was during high school then I would've probably score good because I used to jog every single morning combined with lots of swimming. Now, however, fuck cardio.

 

done this like 6years ago when I was like 14. Not sure what I got but I did pretty decent, there were only a few left but towards the end, it just goes too fast lol.

what bleep test are you training for harry? the 20 metre bleep?

my pb is 11.7, i am currently only required to get 9.10 and im 24.

 

Yes I’m pretty sure it was 20meters
I think I got 9 but can’t remember

 

I had a pretty good training method for pbing, it mainly involves training it at intense levels till failure, but starting at level 9

 

I would do it, i've got no room though. Schools are perfect for doing it. Sounds like a good way to improve though
9 Is a pain, good way to make it alot easier

 

I usually tap out at 13.5 on the bleep test. However my job requires a high level of fitness and I've always been a runner.

 

I haven't done a 100m sprint since I was in high school but I remembering being one of the best with 11.7 seconds. I've always been rather athletic, though.

 

Loads of people seem to be good at running long distance here, nice to see that you're athletic
I've loved running for a while.

 

My best 100 time was 10.2, so sad I never got sub 10, but I only ran track my last 2 years of high school. We didn't do the bleep test but we did the PACER test and it was running from each end of the basketball court back and forth. That one sucked because it got progressively faster.

 

That’s a fast time, I’m more a long distance runner : - )

 

Thanks! I never was able to get to be the fastest in my events because my high school was pretty big, but I started getting a lot better towards the end of my second year. Practice Practice Practice
