the situation: have posted twice so far trying to get a password+email reset and 2fa removal, since i forgot my sythe password, and even if i remembered it its locked on 2fa.

Previous attempts had insufficient proof, but @Bert confirmed users identity on voicechat as he's a long time friend, admin of his discord, dragondyce days.

I've changed the email to the one you've requested and I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.
