A new Forum/Sticky for betting on 360 games.

I need a small amount of help. Recently, I have had a good idea, and posted it in Misc black market. I have had about 3-4 customers, and it seems like it could be a good business. My idea is one thread for Xbox 360 Games ( Call of duty, halo 2, halo 3, Etc.) You bet runescape gold on them, from 50k, through 1m. Games would be best of 3, You can also bet in paypal/WU/Anything else. Honestly, I have recieved alot of feedback from the few guys i have played and they think it is a cool idea.

If you didnt catch what i meant.. You challenge someone to the game of your choice, add their gamertag, invite a MM/have a capture card, show the win/loss, pay them through paypal or bounty hunter.

Easy ^.^

EDIT : I lost my first game, we ended up playing 10+ games winning and losing, he is up on me now.

By the way, YOU bid on games YOU PLAY. Nobody but you. There could be a form, so anyone wanting to be in line to play people could access others easily. Honestly, i think this idea would TAKE OFF.

 

I just don't think it would be a big enough attraction to make it a full board. Sorry.

 

Maybe, but Maybe just a full Gambling forum. And, theres alot more worthless forums than a low posting one lol, the free services one, should just be called "Give me free vouches plawkx?"

 

If i'm not mistaken, wouldn't this attract unwanted attention from 3rd parties (Police, FBI, etc')?

Gambling under the age of 18 is illegal, also, seen as 'Sythe' doesn't have a gambling permit, it would more than likely result in both the forum and the gamblers being prosecuted.

You are not the first person to think of this. Viper was doing this like a year back. Although I love the idea of a gambling forum, there would alot of problems. This would of been a great idea when RS gold trading was easy, but now everything is complicated.

I do fully support gambling with WU, PayPal, etc. The actual gambling could be as complicated as a chess game, to as simple as a coin flip. ( I'm sure someone could find a non-biased coin flipper somewhere)

 

Prove im under 18. and by the way, i dont think the FBI would get pissed over .50c bets, and if they do i will personally invite them to my house and piss on their shoes.

 

I really doubt people would pay up, and I doubt it will be a rule to pay up.

 

I'd bet points and live time and I'd pay up, hopefully others would as well.

I agree with what you say that '50 cents' is pointless in making a big deal of. But laws are laws, and there are no exceptions.

As i'm British I go by the laws of the UK, so I don't know how other countries deal with such things. All I know, is that gambling is not allowed without the host(s) having a gambling permit. Which could lead to a hefty fine, on 'Sythe's' behalf.

taxation without repensentation, it doesnt matter about the amount, its all about uncle sam not getting his cut, to spend 10billion dollars on a war every month.
