    Gliches in Microsoft Windows XP

    Here are a few funny glitches in Windows XP

    How to make an invisable folder.

    Step 1. First you must create a new folder and type "ALT + 0160" as its name.

    Step 2. Right click on the icon and select properties.

    Step 3. Click on the tab "Customize" and select change icon\

    Step 4. in around the 13th collum there should be an icon with no picture, click on it and then click "ok" "ok"

    The folder should now be hidden.



    How to crash a computer.

    Disclaimer: I take absolutely no responsability in what you do with this informtion. It is your responsability for anything you do with this information

    Step 1. Open up a notepad document.

    Step 2: Type
    Step 3. Save the file as "slow.bat"

    Step 4. DO NOT OPEN THE FOLDER!! IT WILL CRASH YOUR COMPUTER BY OPENING CMD REPEATEDLY UNTIL YOUR COMPUTER LAGS AND CRASHES!




    How to make a seemingly irreversable shutdown

    Step 1. Open run (windows key + R)

    Step 2. Type
    Step 3. Click run (you have 60 seconds before your computer shuts down)

    To stop the shutdown simply open run again and type


    How to make CMD say anything you want

    Step 1. Open a notepad document

    Step 2. Type
    Step 3. Save as a .bat file



    How to win solitare automaticaly

    alt+shift+2 to win

    Not all glitches but just secrets people didnt know but some of them sound like ones I will try using on my laptop to convince my parents to get me a new laptop possibly

    Second one will not crash your computer, unless your comp sucks. It will only open 256 windows (Or something like that), which should not crash your computer... I have done it... i know.

    those aren't gliches and those aren't secrets btw its funny to send a file to your friends and when they open it it says "your computer will shutdown in 60 sec" i was doing it lol 7/10^^

    You spelled "Invisable" wrong, 4/10, None of them are glitches. Make a New Folder and rename it "con" (without the quotes) and see what happens (it won't damage your computer in any way).

    I don't know exactly what it does but i think when i did it it made my invisible folder go above all my other folders? And there was still a new folder at the bottom...dunno, but some nice stuff there mate thanks :)
