Please read before posting!

I have been looking for a tank ranger for quite awhile now, getting excited every time I see a thread with something I may want. However, these accounts always seem to have something wrong with them - too high prayer, strength, summoning, or is muted. I decided to make a thread, so that the sellers can come to me and I can hopefully find the account im looking for. The maximum I will pay for said account is 250$. The only trading methods are Viper 000 as MM, or the seller going first. That said, I would like to put some pre-reqs for selling to me:

-The account must have neither recoverys nor a bank pin. You must provide ALL known info. This info will be tested by the MM before you are given the money, meaning that the MM will attempt to recover the account with the info you gave him, with no recoveries on the account. If the request goes through, I know that when I do have recoveries, I can recover the account easily. If you do not have enough information to do this, do not bother to post. Information includes passwords, date of creation, IP, ISP, old recoveries, etc.

-The account must have at least 80 Range, and 80 Mage. If you do not have 80+ Mage, I will accept 85+ Range and 70+ Mage or vice versa.

-The account can not have over the following: 74 Attack, 74 Strength, 44 Prayer, 1 Summoning. No exceptions; I have specific plans for the account I am making. Anything above those five stats will ruin its CB.

-Desert Treasure is a required quest, and quests such as Ava's Accumulator being completed will raise the value of the account.

-There must be at least one mil on the account - the more mils there are, the more I will pay. I may even go over the 150$ if there are enough mils, so don't hesitate to post if you don't think I can offer what you had wanted for your account.

-I will pay using PayPal only, possibly mail if the account is great and the seller is trusted.

-To sell to me, you MUST post on this thread the following form. I will take no stray MSN requests:

Kebab, I have a 70 defense 83 range tank with 1 pray, but via staking it's attack is too high, and 250$ is way to much for that.
