Sent the dude funds, he then disappears after he tells me he's on the way to meet me.

Had you bothered to check sythe, you would've seen he was a DNT rank, 5-6 hours earlier than when you traded. If you want this to be added to his ban reason, which he'd have to clear assuming he ever wants to return to sythe, please fill out your own report as @Zero guided you above.
