Hello, so today i tried rental a account for osrs staking.
this was my 1st time ever, after looking up on sythe i see he was a donator and trusted person on SYTHE.
so i thought it was safe....
i gave him 12m for 2 hours of using the account, after a few minutes of playing on the account, i went for a sigaret break. when i got back on the pc this happends :

as you can see in the costumer support app, i told him about not being able to login. he simply told me i had to stop trolling and that its on my side, after confronting him and asking for refund he told me to GTFO and close the chat..


SO BE AWARE DON'T YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING HERE !!!

never said anything about tweeting, and ofcourse u scammed me lol. but no jagex in this picture but you exposing yourself to sythe with your 1st reply

Can we see some proof of how long @fisherbob90 was on the account, from initially buying the rental to when it was stopped? As for the tweeting claims, if you can provide IP links of this Screenshot - d1b636c1e63dced9c3a958529b9290e5 - Gyazo visitor, we can look into it and take appropriate action.

i know it shows timestamps, but does it shows when i logged in to the account and when i went off from it. i don't know how such a script looks like, but im sure a (chat) transcript won't show that. does it ?

I've had a look through the chat logs, from the "thanks" and "I can't login anymore" there were 28 minutes that @fisherbob90 was online. He claimed he couldn't log back in, at which point you or your live chat agent @WalsuGold should have reset the password and allowed him access again, instead of doing this your live chat agent says "u are using 2 clients or something".

You don't have any ToS about unused time refunds, not on your thread or your website and even if you did, you can't just take people's money for not delivering a service, Sythe ToS and common sense would overrule that stupidity anyway.

You are to refund the 12m back to @fisherbob90. @fisherbob90 leave your details here so he knows where to contact you. @WalsuGold be sure to take proof of the refund.

I'll be dealing with the tweeting issue once the refund's been gone through.
