screen closing i need help

alright heres the problem i couldnt get on client.silabsoft.org so i played runescape for a while but after i got bored of rs i did a system restore so i could play silabsoft again..so after the system restore i tried to get on silabsoft again and this time it didnt come up with error it just closed the screen...so i tried to go on rs again and it closed the screen -.- and i thought its because i dont have java downloaded! but when i went to download java it closed the screen..i dont know what to do now. i downloaded mozilla internet already and it didnt work please somebody help me.

ps. i have an acer computer

 

well how bout just format yur computer and reinstall windows and all that and start all over

but dont forget to save music pictures etc b4 yu do

go get your windows cd and then open it and then follwo the instructions and while doing that it will format your hard drive meaning it wil ldelete all your files on your hard drive!

but if theres some files youy want to keep then save them to usb, Cds or Dvds etc then do it! then once youve installed windowns agai nthen yu load all your files back on

but then you have to install your anti virus and all other programs yu want to have again

 

wht should the windows cd look like and what should it say on it because ive got a couple of cds

 

windows xp? or windows vista what ever operatoing system you have!

you should knwo it when yu see it?

btw yu say yu have an acer? laptop or normal cp

 

its a normal pc but i have a couple cds i got this computer on the 23rd and its already giving me problems..

well i have an acer laptp and with that acer gave me cds with wndows on it

so i dunno look through your cds and check what the description is written o nthe cd

it should say it on it

 

none of these cds are simple ....
