Explanation of the trade:

I sent an initial bet of $400 to a Dragon Dyce rank, “Able”. This rank then proceeded to scam quit when the bet landed. The payout was $1500. Which I am owed in full, still.

3 other hosts were split in for this bet. They were sending “Able” tabs over his max, and saw him cover over his max. And nothing was done about it in the "Splits channel".

I asked for the payout that the hosts were split in. KO said I was not covered that, because they never held the money. This is absolutely false.

All I received was my original bet back. This is unacceptable; I won the bet and I should receive the full amount. Not just the original.

Amount scammed: $1500 - $400 = $1100 USD

How they scammed: Didn’t pay me when one of their ranks SCAM QUIT after my bet landed. All I received was my original bet.

Below is a plethora of evidence of the wrongdoings committed by TwistedTaco (KO) the owner of Dragon Dyce. Let me know if anything else is needed. This fraud should not be tolerated.



- This is one of the numerous images indicating the fraud committed by the Dragon Dyce organization.
- 'Gosu', an administrator of DragonDyce, acknowledges that my $400 bet with host 'Able' was split with other hosts yet it was still somehow over his max. The Admin Gosu acknowledges this but does NOTHING to fix the issue. At this point appropriate action should have been taken yet this Admin let this continue behind my back. There was ample of time to resolve this before the bet even started.

I told this gentleman days before this occured this morning 'DO NOT' send a rank more money then they are allowed to hold, i specifally told him i only cover up to a ranks max, so if u give a rank with a $200 max $1000 he will be paid out $200 , also it is in our clan rules in discord, also if something like this occurs the customer is given their initial bet back not any winnings he made from the wager , this has been a rule for many years because then i risk the chance of customers and ranks working together to scam me out of money, I'm sorry this took place but i specially told him do not give a rank more then they can hold, and yet he still did.

 

i paid him out $400 even thouggh they traded the rank more then his max even though i warned him about doing this on Friday, Doing it any other way leaves me open to massive scams, and i warned the customer and its also in our rules

 

This is a false and baseless accusation for the following reasons:

1. Your Administrator Rank, your right hand man, Gosu, knew that "Able" was above his maximum and yet he did nothing. Can you explain this to me?
2. "Able" should have been reprimanded and different arrangements should have been made because the proof and evidence I have provided show that the Dragon Dyce Admin knew about a rank going above their max, well before the bet was actually even played out.
3. The fact that this Admin knew + 3 OTHER RANKS knew and were splitting "Able" above his maximum goes to show the hypocrisy in your statements @twistedtaco. There is systematic failure in checking and enforcing rules in Dragon Dyce.
4. Provide me with something of substance and make a coherent arguement. I see no evidence from you. I have provided more evidence than Robert Mueller will in his investigation.

 

what are you saying ? its not irrelevent i specially told you do not trade a rank higher then he is allowed to take, the owner told u this on friday and i posted the screenshot, did i or did i not ? 2nd of all it was after u already gave him much more then he's allowed to hold or payout.

 

im sorry but everytime you bet you always want to bet 1-3grand and are always in a hurry, hence why i told you friday about our policy and what not to do, then not even a week later u did the complete opposite i told you to, these are our rules and i told u these rules way before any of this happened, im sorry but i did nothing wrong.

 

there is plenty of evidence, i told you specially about this very thing and u still did not listen, and its in our clan rules, and every rank has their max they can hold in total next to their names.

 

The fact that you keep dismissing any of the claims I have made or asked you directly implicates that you have not read what the actual issue is, neither have you opened one of the 40 documented pictures of proof of wrongdoing on the end of Dragon Dyce. I would like an answer to the question I asked before:

1. Your right hand man (Administrator in the clan), Gosu, knew that the rank took more than he should have. Why was he not reprimanded? Why was no action taken then and there? The sporting events did not even start. This could have been easily remedied.

2. Why did 3 OTHER ranks split in "Able" who was already about his max? There are over 40 pictures of evidence. I am not sure if IRC is capable of handling this level of image capacity but Sythe certainly can. Spend 10 minutes reading the ACTUAL claim against you. Answer these 2 simple questions otherwise I will not be responding anymore to your incoherent, dismissive argument.

 

not to mention this morning after the sorted this out and i paid you $400 you were fine and thanked me, i dont understand what the issue is. You did not follow the clan rules nor did you follow my message to you that specially told you not to do this. you cannot just be eager to hand any rank thousands of dollars in bets/payouts and ignore safety rules that we have in place and warn people about. We have bettors who have bet almost a trillion 07 gold in the last 4-5 months we never had a problem, but they also never gave a rank more then they are allowed to take.

splits are irrelevent thats clan business, the issue here is the customer after being warned a few days ago that i only refund up to the ranks max he's allowed to hold and still have gave him over his max and over his allowed payout. All bets are splits , if he would of went to a higher rank he would of been covered for a higher amount.

 

Splits only mean other ranks are covering some of the bet, doesnt mean they are holding any of the bet , FYI

 

The rules are posted for all to see, and i warned him on friday, splits have nothing to do with the customer thats what we do behind the scenes, and splitting out bets doesnt mean that that rank is not holding the money which was over his max, and they payout was very large way over his max, what your saying is irrelevent. i dont think u understand how splits in our clan work its irrelevent to ignoring rules and warnings because your in a hurry to bet thousands. Also who is nostalgia and why is he commenting he's not a rank nor was he there nor does he know what splits means in our clan, stay out of the issue please it does not concern you, no disrespect intended.

 

its very simple why we have these rules, because a rank and customer can work together to scam me out of lots of money, so a customer trades a rank 10times the amount he's allowed to hold with a payout thats 100times the amount he can hold then expect a refund, all the rules i have in my clan are for a good reason. And customer was told about this 4 days ago, and he did it anyways nothing i can do if people ignore me.

The TOS says if the host/rank scams at any time, regardless of the outcome, the original bet is refunded unless you bet above the host's max which you did, in which case they don't refund at all. Despite this, they refunded you anyway so they've already done more than they needed to here and this is considered resolved.

HOWEVER, this report has showed that there are many issues with DDyce's current max host bet liability system. @twistedtaco you had several people within your organization aware that a host had accepted a bet above his max and not only did none of them raise concern, they split the bet themselves and allowed it to continue.

Furthermore, your TOS makes no distinction between max bet and max payout for a host. A host can have a max bet of $200 but you do not define their max payout so when someone places a wager that pays more than 1:1 by your TOS you're still liable even if the payout exceeds the max bet.

I recommend for your own sake you fix these issues otherwise there may be future reports involving this
