He doesn't need proof. All it is, is a warning to members to be cautious when trading with him. You Fail at destructive criticism.

 

You fail at spamming. He does need proof, or you can't do a thing about the guy scamming. He will just get reported and infracted for baseless accusations. But, like I said, if he can tell me user of account and combat level, I may be able to provide proof that ZaCk did scam him.
