    Are you being serious here? It says optional sign-up, but its a headline. Which means its not meant to be taken as literal as you are. I guess you just need more life experience to figure out why they might word it like this.

    I'm with ultrakurby though. I figure it will be super hyped like FoG was, but is going to have some lame rules when it actually rolls around.

    yes, but there are servers, where you can not pvp at all in wow.

    Oh yes, I'm sure Jagex will make everyone who wants to PvP make a new account and their current accounts will be useless to PvP with. Sounds extremely reasonable.
