need help with new quest!!

i dont get it...i did the quest but where are all the other beakons so i can get the ring and glove and the new tool and stuff? plz help ='(

You can talk to the guy at the first beacon for a map. There are many strategies that you can use to get to all the beacons in the amount of time that you need. Try searching the RS official forums.

He doesn't want the quest guide. He wants to know how to complete the minigame.

 

Then he should have said that, isn't their people (NPC) he can talk to that stand near beakers where he can see the Mini-Map?

It's not that simple. It's not all about knowing where to go but doing it in the alloted amount of time. Decent summoning and mage levels may be required for this.
