    I tried contacting him it's been a couple hours still no response and yes he tried recovering it cause i went to go recover it, it said i needed a tracking number for the appeal

    yeah, tbh it sounded like a scam after i gave him the money as he said where i could buy osrs gp from then a day later he recovers it
