Any tips for staking?

Hey guys,

It's been a while since I've played runescape, speficially OSRS.

Im currently getting back into it and my acc trained to 99 atk def str.. for staking.

When i used to stake it was primarily boxing.

These days it's a lot of whip staking.

Do you guys have any advice when staking?

Atk/def/str and when to use each one during the duel? Also things to look out for or keep in mind?

Yes. Other than that, find a guy on losing streak and make small bets until you clean him.

 

Why would a losing streak make any difference?

 

Because you'd be making more money?

 

But why would finding a person who is on a losing streak make me more money if it's purely odds based anyways?

 

More winnings longterm vs someone with bad luck unless you're that guy. Just because it evens out 50/50 (wins vs losses) in the very longterm doesn't mean the bet size is equal each and every time. You should be fine as long as you know how much, when and who to stake.

 

So you're saying if I'm on a lose streak then to find someone and then clean them. Or if THEY are on a lose streak try clean them? Excuse my ignorance i'm just confused about the wording.

Also how would i even tell if someone else is on a lose streak? Thanks man.

 

If they're on losing streak. You'd know if you stake small amounts, which you up once you see their horrible hits. Never go big and stick to consistently small chunks of cash.

 

My tip is to not stake if you're posting questions like this. You should learn naturally by staking very small amounts, you'll learn the methods, the scams, the process naturally this way. Though nowadays it's a little difficult to find people staking small amounts. I think this is the best advice I can give you though

edit: sorry ... I posted without thinking, I didn't read properly and assumed you had no history staking. I don't mean to cause offense. whipping works basically the same way as boxing, with less of an emphasis on defense and a much higher one on strength

 

It’s all just luck, don’t swap pid if you don’t have it, because poison sometimes overrides hits, sparc mac mentioned this before on one of his streams and he’s at 100b+ so it’s believable.
