Fire Cape Scam - Death-Note

Okay, I was looking for a fire caper that could do a cape Friday (8/22/08.)
I posted a thread under The fire cape and rune defender service thread. He then messaged me on msn. He said i go first, cost is a Saradomin set. I payed, a body guard helped which he will post later to prove my point. I gave him the set safely. Once he got it he then said "I have to go watch my mom's boyfriend's kid." and he logged off and didn't get on till Saturday, once it came Saturday he said his grandma is in the hospital and he can't do it. Come Sunday he never logs on msn. Now it's Tuesday still nothing. So i'm quite sure i got scammed. Here are all the msn conversations:
