i would actually think this is legal because you arent downloading copyrighted songs. you are downloading YOUTUBE VIDEOS so i dont think it makes it illiegal just because you convert your youtube video into a different format. its like technically listening to youtube videos without the video just the audio.

This is what I use. I was going to suggest
it when I saw the title. I love using it. You
can also download videos off of youtube.
If you want, you can use an iPod converter
and convert it so you can stick it into your
iPod.
