Met her in Falador, obviously. I know she is the actual one from Wiki because afterwards she put on her green partyhat, which is also shown on Wiki. I highly doubt anyone would go through all that effort just to look EXACTLY like the chick on wiki. Pretty cool, I'd say.

i saw two people dressed up like that, following each other around, so either there is more than one, or it could be another fake
