Justice to Scammers

Well if you have been scammed or refunded for ANYTHING to due with real life money like in paypal and such, you have a site you can report it to.

You can file a complaint here and the FBI, NW3C, and BJA will punish those who are involved with cyber crime (and yes any scam even to do with RuneScape that has to do with money is a punishable crime). The FBI will monitor the persons every move on the internet much more carefully and they can be fucked. So DOWN WITH THE SCAMMERS! HOORAY!

Seems kinda cool regardless, i can imagine a scammer after reading this say "oh, shit" and next thing he knows he has 2 guys with guns knocking on his door lol, still pretty interesting.

Like shredder said.. I think they won't even do anything about it... I think that you would need very conclusive proof that they scammed you... also they might say they are watching their internet activity but they really are not doing crap... it's just to make you feel better...

 

I KNOW what happens; their procedures. I'm not going to say it though, but if you scam and get a SIMPLE report to the FBI and such, your going to have to find out for yourself.

PS: This doesn't work for account trades for rs gps. Only stuff that have to do with real life money.

Tip: the FBI can monitor your every move to prosecute a scammer. Why do you think they're called Federal Bureau INVESTIGATION? =P

Imagine This:

Innocent old woman being conned out of $450 because of a fake email from "paypal" Then fair play.

Some 12 year old who got scammed out of $200 for being a dumb idiot in doing something which is illegal in the first place.

I would be embarrassed to own up to being scammed out of money. Imagine in court

"You're honour if you played runescape...you would god damn understand!!"

I don't think They will Have time to.

 

A simple report will get you a simple answer that says "hey fuck you" and sincerely the FBI etc. You will have to have conclusive evidence that which is much more conclusive than sythe.orgs standards in order to get someone even monitored.

However valuable your gp may be to you, the FBI does not give a shit about that. They could care less about some child's game.

This site is for real crimes occurring over the web. DDoS'ing, sites getting defaced, etc. Although they still generally won't care much about your individual case, that is what the site is for.

If it's gp or any game based currency, they won't care. If it's a web based store ripping you off or something, then they might really take some action. If I'm not mistaken, Jagex already says they don't endorse RWT, meaning they are against buying and selling of GP/other shit, so good luck trying to get any legal forces on your case.
