It has nothing to do with body image, okay it might in a few cases turn out like that, might start off slow and then get out of control, but the majority have been branded as something there not, there not trying to be beautiful or skinny, they have had a traumatic event in there life that they don't know how to cope with, and loose control of there body. there mind works against them, they body and mind attack them, and there isn't a way out that they can see, they punish themselves because they have to, it's not a choice. there are a lot of mental health issues with it as well.

My sis had anorexia and believe me this isn’t a disease to joke with.

I agree. Although, with a few clinics and a sudden epiphany, most anorexia can be fought quite nicely. And if she's not anorexic....that's just weird. Lolz.

 

That makes no sense. How can they be stupid? Anorexia could probably be classified as a type of mental disease. People get overwhelmed with how they look. Maybe you should consider thinking before you speak.
