I like both too but i choose rock bcuz i listen to it more

 

Rock speaks from the soul and expressies it through instruments. while rap displays its wishes of getting laid and money through talking and no real instruments... my vote goes to rock hands down, cause i dont consider rap music, i see it as a vivid way to talk...

 

100% agreed. It's just a guy reading his poem with a computer making beats, and rap beats are normally one riff, they don't even have 2 or 3 riffs they only have 1 in each song, most of the time.

 

You should listen to Grime if rap ist fast enough its mad

 

Both are different genres,you can't compare,what a stupid question,each individual chooses a genre that he thinks it's more related to him or something he likes just by default,that's like comparing PS3 to xbox360,both has ups and downs,people still buy both,just a battle that won't stop.

It really depends really, Rock has allot of talent, but i listen to allot more rap then rock, so my vote is going to be going onto rap.
