This is Haileys new server, based on reapagescape and edited by hailey.. its a nice stable server, lag free and a nice comunity.

This Sounds like a good server (I dont play private server i May check it out anyways)

Do You know what your problem is?

1. You have a Router that blocks Everyone to connect.
2. The IP is wrong.
3 The Port Is Wrong.
4. The "runserver" do not work.

How To Fix Or Check.
1.Loggin To you Router and UnCheck somthing that can block others to connect.(Different to every router)
2.The IP Typed Wrong or its not working.(i Suggest to use No-ip.Com)
3.The Port is ALLWAYS 43594 if not the "runeserver" says the port is something else Or if YOU changed it.
4.The Runserver is Completly Damaged...
