Hi! I got this idea off of luke who is creating 1m accounts, but mine is going to be slightly different.

You create an account with no recovery questions and give me the password (so that the name is to your liking)

I will proceed to:

a) complete the tutorial <--- automatic
and your choices of either option b and c, or both.

b) level up skill(s) of your choice (f2p only, max of 2)
c) make you cash on a brand new character

Rules:
- I will not go first, if you do not like it then leave. You can always pay an mm if you want
- Will only accept paypal funded by bank
- You post what you need done, and what you will pay (keeping in mind the price of rsg and what you are needing done)

When posting, I will decide:
a) to accept your deal and we can begin to work from there
b) I will haggle with you to see if we can make a deal

Examples of accounts (these are not real prices, but immaginary examples. I am trying to provide affordable services to all)
