Lets say I have an account worth over 1000 USD with 11.5 Blackmarks and the Last Appeal declined. I am willing to pay ANYONE 100 USD for a successful solution to unban an account with a permanent ban.
Solutions:
-Somehow remove a 1.6 black marks
-Somehow get a second last chance

Don't start spamming saying its impossible because it IS possible.

Proofs:
1- I knew people with 40-50 black marks and people who have been through more then 1 last chance appeal.
2- All it takes is someone who Jagex employed to unban this account (100 USD to break a rule at work)

You can either Reply to the thread your suggestion or if you don't want other people knowing the solution then PM me. I won't leak it for my own sake.

If I follow someones solution to unbanning the account and it gets unbanned, then that person will be getting the 100 USD via Paypal. And if you know a way, but don't have paypal, therefore you don't want to tell me, I may be willing to send it through the mail.

get it locked, then say its hacked and appeal the lock.
Some of the black marks will remove, that is what happend to my lv 104 got it back now.

1.) You said YOU can try to unban it, then I said how? Then you said nevermind - which means you couldn't TELL me how, you just wanted to log on it and change the password. And YES, you can still sell this account even with a ban.

Rahul, I am in the same position as you, my main perm banned for account hijacking (hacking) and it has no appeal left. The main reason I want it back is due to the large wod of cash on it . Please pm me if you find a working solution

1st off, it IS possible to unban a perm banned account (why would I ask if it was impossible).

2nd of all, this account banned is worth over 100 USD anyways.

The account unbanned is worth way over 500 USD.

I'm not going to give out who I am (account-wise), because that is for me to know and no one else (which is another reason I am unbanning it, no one else).
