The green pencil takes some of the detail away from the paper I think. Try moving it down a little?

Try lowering the amount of shadow the paper has. It almost looks like it's floating a little

Seems a bit plain, yet. Add some more small touches. ie paperclips, sticky notes, various office tools. You could get creative with the menu and kind of, merge it into a compilation of sticky notes. Go look at your parents office desk and let your imagination rome free. :)

EDIT: A good way to organise your ideas is to sketch it out on paper first. Draw out where things may look nice, and erase and edit. Drawing on paper is much faster and user friendly than using a computer first off. A good presentation takes well planned thought and creativity.

Very nice details there, i believe the pencil DOES draw details away from the paper, was there a tutorial for making the pencils, paper, etc?

I'm sure there is a tut but I didn't follow any. It took me a long time to make it look alright.
