KLUCH Scammed- maxed pure recovered- Lost hundreds of millions

Ok so I purchased a 99 str 60 attack pure with 1300 total from Kluch for $300

I’ve spent the last month on this account getting it 90 construction and getting other various stats up.

While Kluch refunded me my $300, I still hold him completely responsible for the loss of my bank.
Plus the money I put in his house.
I purchased this account with the intentionions in owning it forever. It was a big let down to go to login this account today only for the password to be changed. I trusted this guy.

I just want any of his future account buyers to know what they’re going into.
I’d hate to see someone else lose so much time and money on an account they thought they forever owned.

I added it up and with the firecape I had put on the account, the supplies for 90 construction, the money I put into the house, the 190m in bank, and the claws, b ring, fury, & way more;
I feel like he owes me my 380m, at the very LEAST.

This was a big let down, even if I don’t get my money back, I just want y’all to know..

Can you link me the account thread where you purchased the account from? Did he disclose whether he was the OO or not either on the thread or on Discord? Did you ask?

Also, did you change the registered email of the account to your own at the time of sale?

Yes he said he was the original owner.

I did change the email when I purchased the account. Yesterday when I tried to recover the account when I found out .the email was changed immediately. Kluch told me that the only way is that one of his workers created the account email for him originally.

I really feel like this account is going to be resold by him for more money and I don’t think it’s fair to me when he promised it would never be recovered

There was no agreement if the account got recovered.
The account was never to be recovered. You were supposed to be the original owner.

I would have never bought the account from you if I knew there was a chance it could be recovered and that you weren’t the original owner.
That was a bold faced lie.
And because of that, I lost 400m. Its your fault. That’s bad business if you don’t repay it. And if that’s how you run your company, well, that’s on you. You won’t make it far

 

Yessir as you stated, there were no agreements, I did my part and refunded in full of what you paid.

And if a mod need a picture of me refunding Mr. JackieB I can send a screenie via discord or wait till I’m off work.

If Kluch gets away with this, what’s the point in even buying accounts? Anyone could recover it later on and say it was one of their workers.

These kind of reports are very tricky to deal with. To begin with, the receipts of your gold purchase, how much you claim to have on the account can't be proven. Whether it's 5m or 5b, we can't know how much wealth was on the account or who moved it. We also can't prove who recovered the account, it could have been you, Kluch, the OO or an anonymous hacker due to poor account security.

For all intents and purposes, you could theoretically have been bored of the account, moved the wealth off it and now want a full refund for the account. You could have staked and lost it all, the list of possibilities is endless - this isn't fair on any account seller, the best we can do in these instances is ask the account seller to offer you a full refund of the account, which was established before you made this report.



This is you claiming it was 100m + 40m in construction and in the OP of this thread, "I feel like he owes me my 380m, at the very LEAST." - which reinforces my point. The numbers you originally claimed to him on Discord and the damages you're after in this report are vastly different. You could have claimed any number.

We're also not going to set a precedent where account sellers are going to be liable for the skills trained by account buyers.

I've issued you with a TWC for the lack of clarity in regards to who the OO was of this account. You claimed it was you in the Discord conversations above, yet when I asked you on Discord, you had this to say:

You need to make it clear who the OO is on your account threads, and for the accounts you're unsure of, you need to clearly state you aren't the OO.
