Big Lou's level 3 to 99 fishing guide.

Ok, here we go!

Ok, to first start off, you will need an account right off of tut island!When you are in tut island the best bet is to get your fishing level to three, seeing as how that is the highest you can go at that point.

Next, you will start off at a place called lumbridge, You will then have to make your way to Varrock.
This may sound pretty confusing at first, but trust me you'll get it..

But, just in case you can't.. Here is a map that i have made to help you -



The Mini Game.

You will start off where the Red is, and you should end where the Black is Ok

Now when you have made your way to varrock, you should go a the place on the map called barbarian village,

End Of Mini Game, Start To Fish.

This is what you should have.



I can't get a picture on where to go, but please just make your way to port sarim. Look for this



Make your way to the fishing supplier, and but a small net.

Small Net Fishing

Fishing spots along the coasts, such as Karamja dock, the Bandit Camp and Draynor Village.

When you are about level 10-15 in fishing, you will want to go back the the supplier in port sarim and get some fishing bait and a fishing rod.

Bait Fishing

Fishing locations, such as Karamja dock, Draynor Village, River Lum, Barbarian Village and Al Kharid.

When you are about level 20-25 fishing, please, again go back to the fishing supplier and buy the fallowing.

• Harpoon
• Feathers.
• fly fishing rod.
• Lobster pot.

Fly Fishing

Fishing locations, such as the River Lum and Barbarian Village. (Not to many spots for fly fishing)

Harpoon Fishing

When you are level 30-34 please start to harpoon the fallowing places to harpoon are :

Found in Karamja, Fishing Guild, Catherby, Rellekka, Elf Camp, Fishing Platform

This step should not take long, because the next step is to level 40.

Lobster Fishing

Now, for spots in lobster fishing is, Fishing Guild, Catherby, Rellekka, Fishing Platform, and Brimhaven.

If you are non member, this is the end of the guide for you.

Keep fishing until about 68 fishing, from here go to the fishing guild, DO NOT FISH SHARKS. Continue fishing lobster untill level 85-90 . Then start fishing sharks, from there, 99 fishing

I'm sorry, but this is a bad guide. Most of the things that you said to do are the WRONG way to do them. Not to mention you should really put more detail into your guide.

 

What is wrong, please correct me..? because as you can see below in my avatar i have 90 fishing =/ more than likely higher than yours, i have done every thing that is in that guide man, and i made that guide, please tell me where i went wrong..?

 

Fishing guide. Fly fishing is by far the best way to get to 99 fishing. Bottom line. The guide for the stronghold is bigger than the actual part of your guide, just link to someone else's.
Plus, if you aren't a level 3 pure, monks are then by far the best way to train. Lobsters are slow experience.

You just told pretty much what you CAN do, not what you SHOULD do.

 

id perfer shilo if you want to have the xp insed of money,

 

for one, this is a guide for level 3 skillers. And no im not a pure, but if you are then you can't fish monks and to do shilo fishing, if you think you can make it down there with level 60 - 70 be my guest... but good luck

Plus i made these guides for fun, not to argue over, im not great at it, but oh well =D

 

Well, a guy posted a list a few days ago that says a level 3 skiller can do Shilo. So that is very apparently the best way to go.

This is not the best guide on fishing, fly fishing all the way to 99 =]
