Wow lol I think a lot of you guys are bullshitting...

But anyway, my fastest mile was a 8:27 in wrestling (got a free lunch out of it ) but I don't need to run fast, I'm starting offensive left tackle and defensive weakside tackle so fuck running... I just focus on my strength, and right now I'm benching 170 and squatting 315 (Most in my class) I'm a freshmen btw

 

5 59 for me..My friend can run a 4 39 0.o

Approx times for 3A Colorado state... I was there.

Fastest mile ~ 4:20
Slowest mile ~ 5:10 (minus 1 really slow failure)

Average was just under 4:50 or so....

mines 6:11 but for track i run the 800 meter so bye the last 100 or so meters of a mile i really suck:'(

i think if i focused on running a lot i would get under 5 mins

 

mines probley around 10 mins I never ran in P.E just worked out in the gym on account of i was in alternet and they couldnt tell me shit to do

 

back in cross country. I did 5:34 , believe or not
we had to wake up at 6:00 and get to school at 6:30. Then our team had to run 8 miles, to the park and back. 2 miles to the park, and 4 miles around the park, 2 miles back to the park

 

my best was 5:41 lol gf

Around 7 minutes, havn't ran for a while though.

 

4.00 though i had my boots of lightness on.

 

One of my friends who is 13 can run a mile in 4:58, he got 7th in state Track.
