Requesting a refund from Rs07Shop

I Originally purchased the account, under the impression that the account holder was the original owner of the account. I proceeded with purchasing the account for 175m. Which you can look at the vouch thread here Drunky Racoon Vouches the last vouch on the first page that I indeed did purchase the account. As well as ⭐ Hot sale 50% discount ⭐ Maxed Melee stakers ⭐[NO EMAIL SET] ⭐[300$ Donor] on the users thread as well. On the users thread it claims that he/she is the original owner. If that was the case then they should be unable to unlink the twitch. So I contacted the user via discord. They proceeded to ask me for my runescape log in after I informed and showed a screen shot that won't do anything. After that I was then told that it isn't necessary for him to do anything with that and that he will ask his manager. It is now clear that he isn't the original owner of the account and I am requesting a refund from the user even if it was unlinked the account was bought under false pretense.

I also was talking to video on Discord and let him know that he could log into my rs account to verify if necessary

 

all company have workers when i told you i will let the boss know about that because i work with rs07 shop so i cant help with everything and i will let him know when he back about that problem and i will see if we can help you with that or not and by the way i see that you was trying sell this account from the second day you brought it from us so its not the twitch problem the problem that you didnt need that account any more and you try to give it back to us and you can see alot of customers buying accounts from us with no problem

If I own the account I am allowed to sell the account, so your argument is invalid. I simply asked you to remove your twitch from it and you also gave the impression you're the original owner which clearly isn't the case.

 

I also then decided to keep the account which is why the thread was taken down. Now it is more or less finding out that you're not the original owner as you're not unable to unlink your twitch account from the account to begin with. That's all I asked for then finding out you don't know it clearly shows your thread was misleading to begin with.

 

The twitch being linked is likely from the Twitch prime membership promotion. When you use the prime membership it automatically links your account to that twitch account.

You are allowed to resell your account, his TOS mentions he is not responsible after its been resold. This agrees with Sythe's chain liability policy when it comes to accounts.

This is not enough to warrant a refund on a no refund TOS.
