Looking for a detailed inferno cape guide, but not one that's an hour long!

Also, please answer this question in regards to inferno cape bans.

If, I bought my account on Playerauctions & obviously the owner of it would be a different IP. Then, I got inferno cape after attempting it multiple times. Are they removing the capes based off the original IP? That seems a bit inaccurate as people could move all the time, and IP's can change.

I would say that most of the infernal cape guides that are going to be efficient will be an hour in time.

If you want the best guides which higher your chances of winning, you will probably want to invest your time.

 

It's not a full wave guide but I found this last round wave written guide, you might find it helpful. I've not attempted inferno though so I can't tell you how good it is (I struggle doing bloody fire capes).
