Had the most disgusting service from Moises, i have used this website since early days and spent plenty through it happily. After my service tonight i am still in shock at how bad it was handled so i will not be purchasing from this site again unfortunately. At first i was not answered for 15 minutes after purchasing my gold, not a single word. Then followed with he wont give me the money and my money will be returned in 7 business days! The attendance and bluntness towards the whole transaction wouldn't even of been as bad as it was, if he was not so rude and legitimately extremely rude. If you happen to get this representative, after my experience i highly recommend refreshing to get somebody else to help you wit ha transaction of gold purchasing.
