Account recovered who's at fault?

You are throwing alot of accusations around perhaps you should let the mods figure this one out im sure they know what they are doing and will decide accordingly. you started saying that he transfaired his own money and now your saying that i recoverd the account and if you think i would scam someone for 70m after doing trades up to 5b with holding over 2b before payment you are just being obsured and these tardes where made after i got scammed for 3b witch you could see if you actually read things and not only accuse other to make you seem more innocent. let the mods do what they do.

You said u were holding over 2b before payment with trades up to 5b it just so happens boglagold is ur only vouch for something like that anyone can go 1st in a trade to someone who is extremely trusted you are not being trusted with anything when looking at vouches you should always look at vouches that show people being trusted with wealth and going 2nd

Ya it’s a screenshot of someone messaging u saying u sold him 1b earlier did he go first you? Doubt it and when u recovered the account you had no idea how much money would be on there until afterwards and ofc ur not just going to leave it on there and give the acc back

As I've discussed with @Zach bean via PM as the mods will be able to see, I was the first able to actually reply* to the allegations laid against MY worker. I didn't set up the job, I am simply his employer, and therefore, am just as liable as Jmitch in the matter. Hence, why I replied in the manner I did, before all screenshots were posted, which again, Zach and I have now discussed and come to an understanding on, upon proofs being provided in that regard, so that's no longer my standpoint clearly, as to why I'm simply providing the only viable solution, that you are liable.. Also, note that I said we had no problem refunding him if PROOF was provided AGAINST US, and you didn't even so much as reply to this thread but have been watching it for hours since it's been posted until you were DIRECTLY called out, mind providing proofs from your end? I see one account you've sold, to this customer in your vouches, other than that, you purchased gold. Flipped it once or twice, you have no reputation.. Thus far, there isn't any actually proof against us, but you on the other hand, are held liable for the account's password being changed, being that we don't have the capability to recover the account with a single password set 3 hrs before the recovery, certainly not with that speed, and his password CANNOT be changed without either HIM doing so, or a recovery going through.

EDIT #2: As Jmitch said, that was a year ago, and you didn't reply to him because you didn't have stock, so presumably you flipped that for him too. This was also prior to you getting scammed, which can see in my prior screenshots posted. (Also - unrelated, but seems like a sad excuse for why you don't have any vouches and why you went inactive for as long as you did as people do when they aren't having success, hell I've been there too, many have, no need for the excuse. 'relationships' are not created by scamming your only customer you have the capability to.)

hey sorry im just catching up I was the worker who was supposed to be working the account at the time I was just waking up when mitchy asked me if I would take on the job for him. I ended up getting called into work and had to run in. he was messaged as soon as I had a quick moment to be notified I was at work for a while and I would not be working on the numerous orders I had and was planning to start in morning. when I was able to starta ccount almost 5 hours after the job was given to me I informed him immediately I had no access to account where he went and notified you of this problem.

Insufficient evidence to suggest the workers are at fault. Your account security is your responsibility, as with all services, it is strongly advised you remove ALL excess wealth off of an account before the start of the service.

If the service that was being done is incomplete you can request that the remaining incomplete portion is returned.

 

@Pendulum and what about the account getting recovered? And the wealth being taken? Or is that my fault too? And I left the wealth on there for training/ bc he said I had nothing to worry about as his workers were safe. Not saying him or his workers did it, bc how would they be able to change the email to the account as well?

 

The account recovery is between you and the person you bought it from.

As for the funds on the account, this boils down to word versus word and staff have no way to verify either claim. We cannot force someone to be responsible for wealth missing when there is no solid evidence they are responsible.

 

So I'm just screwed out of 70m and the account got recovered even tho I got it back it's ok? Who's able to recover an account and change the email? So just let people scam me? That's ok? This is ridiculous you see the evidence the shit was taken and change and you ain't doing anything about it? I posted here for resolution and nothing you can do about it? Youve got to be out of your freaking mind. So you kids r just going to let people sell accounts and recover them and remove all the wealth off of them. The person I bought it from is @Dmmliz but I guess u can't read evidence I posted with the account change pass being sent to my email then later on the entire email being changed.

 

So nothing is going to be done about the account being recovered or the 70m stole off of it? You mods have had over a day to look at this and no real answers hence why this thread is still open.

@Jmitch - If the service is is not complete you will need to return the remaining incomplete portion. Please let me know.
