How do I send a message to Jagex?

Well, I've seen people posting about might getting unbanned because of some mod (can't remember his name). I happen to have a banned account that has been banned for about a year and a half, so I was wondering how do I contact jagex?

 

Had the same roblem, well just that my account got hacked.

Also wanted to contact them, they have a number I hert.

I searched but it didn´ t work-->number. You cannot contact Jagex from what I know, in case you have connections to mods.

 

Go to Customer support -> Billing -> Billing Query.. that's how I keep sending messages in, but I don't know if it's automated or not. Although when I sent in a query I said I was going to bomb andrews house and kill myself, and they sent me a message telling me to get real life help, and they would report me if it happens again or something like that.

you can mail them, trought their email for parents

look into the parents guide there should be one.

Too bad they removed the old customer support on the website, noe you have to go to there main website and send and E-mail :/

You said "I apologize for breaking the rule", but then say "Please unban him"

They'll probably think that's suspicious.
