    What are they for? We have no groups within Sythe, and I noticed in Fagex people start their own little clans and groups, so we should make that as well, because right now that feature is empty.

    Because it's an awesome thing and can help people get together to start groups/clans/riots.

    If I'm not mistaken, it's included in 3.7.2; we 3.6.4. Maybe if Sythe decides to pay for the upgrade, then it might happen.

    I think this would be cool, maybe we should put some of the new donation money into this?

    I would help donate maybe 5 usd to this cause?

    Public Groups?
    Public groups are a part of the vBulletin we use... we can make groups and make them open for anyone to join. It's just a pain in the ass to make the groups, set the permissions, etc.

    Overall, we wouldn't want to see the people on a forum making factions. That leads to arguments, which leads to the forum falling apart. Look at the activity on Fagex. It's not a good place to be. Sythe.org is improving over the last month or so, and we'd like to keep it that way.

    A year ago today, an Administrator thought it would be funny to make Sythe.org a "Communist Nation." Today, though we have just lost a few staff members, our existing staff runs very efficiently. We are working out the Glitches, and soon, we should be able to work even better than we ever have before.

    That sounds like a good idea but i agree with Vision Ex, it would lead to arguments and clans going against each other and it just wouldn't be a nice place to be with tons of posts flaming other peoples groups.

    lol, ur funny! That would actually require Sythe to log on, spending time fking around with an update, which would have been easy before Matthew has added all this silly little modifications and plugins ^.^
