LOL... well, I know this downloading shit used to work with Call of Duty 4, because I had a gamertag that I had purchased the map pack on, and when I logged on to my other gamertag, I could play. But one day, Microsoft realized "DE DE DE, WE ARE FUCKING RETARDED!!" and then fixed that so I could only play on the gamertag that I had purchased it on. On Halo 3, when I went on my account that I had downloaded the Heroic map pack on, it worked fine, but *COINCEDENCE* when I signed on to my other gamertag, I couldnt play it! Same with all my arcade games. I cant play them on my other account. I honestly have not tried it with the Legendary map pack, but I dont see why that would be different. And BTW CELEX, you should listen to fucking websites that are smarter than you, and if you dont want to, then get the fuck off the internet. Kthanxbye.

 

Why are you so wrong? Do you know what you are talking about? Every Xbox has a console ID. Every HDD had an ID, and every GamerTag Has an ID.

Example. (these are My Id's) (I blocked some of the numbers and letters out for "sayftee reezuns" "*")

Xbox ID: 02193****799

HDD ID: 410C31***2337D55220***000000000000000000

Profile ID: E00001AB****8187

When you download something, you get 2 different licenses. These licenses decides who gets to use the content and where it gets to be played. Depending on the type of content that is downloaded and the type of license you get, sometimes you will be able to "Share" content. Actually, it's more like always, but we will say sometimes just to be safe.

I have 7 accounts, they all share the same Xbox, the same HDD and they all share the same content. If i buy it once, I will use it for all of my accounts.

Now if for some reason you lose the licenses, there are ways to "Re-sign" the content and profiles so they can work again, but you will have to figure that out on your own...

Normally I try keep a pretty solid composure and am generally flattered when people talk trash to me over the internet, but when my information, and my overall strive to help people out are put down, or questioned in any way, I get pissed off; especially when the "trash talk" is coming from such an unintelligent, ignorant, ass-hole.

And as for "making up those numbers," you are wrong. You can find out your numbers too.:idea:

Go to the dashboard on your xbox, then go to system blade, system info. Once you are there, it will tell you your Console ID's.

For your Profile and Device (HDD) ID's, make a save on the device and profile you wish to get the ID's for, export that save through "Xplorer 360", then strip the save through any Identifier, Re-signer, or Transfer Tool. Done.
