Explain the service: I paid $50 AUD ($34.92 USD) on the 3rd of February for 10 LoL placement games on OCE. I was guaranteed 7-8 wins (7), and he ended up going 5W and 5L. The account was placed in Silver 3, and as a reimbursement, he offered to get me to G5. I agreed that this would be okay. On the 5th he said he needed a couple more days. On the 8th said by Monday. He has not played a game since the 8th. The account is in Silver 2 0 LP and it's currently Tuesday the 12th. I'd just like a full refund at this point and reimbursement for the accounts promos being ruined.

Accounts promo being ruined? The fact I’m offering to get you to G5 is already too nice of a gesture on my part, considering you were getting 45 lp/win during placements and getting around 17-18 lp/win is an indicaion that getting 7 wins wouldve gotten your account to max silver 2 since your MMR fuckin’ sucks, I’m assuming you had at best silver 3 MMR last season despite being G5.

I gave you those estimated time frames after finishing your promos in the beginning as most accounts fresh out of promos either skip divisions and are looking at 25-30+ lp per victory.

I’ve been busy IRL and haven’t quite delivered on time, I haven’t bumped my boosting thread for a long while as I’ve been busy IRL but again, I believe offering to get you to G5 is already a nice enough gesture on my part that yoou can wait just a little longer. I said a couple days and was going to knock it out in a day or two play, at least wait more than 4 days and considering I’ve already gotten you to S2 asking for a full refund is an absolute JOKE. 14/8 and your account is ruined? get fucked. I regret offering to get you to G5 now, as an extra divison would’ve sufficed my guaranteed win obligaton after 5/5 out of a 7 win guarantee. I’m already doing you a favour by getting you 2 more divisions so buckle up, give me a few more days and stop being a prick.

As for 2 time frames, I've already explained to you the situation about the first time-frame, usually accounts get 25-30+ lp/game or even skip divisions, your account was getting anywhere from 16-18 lp/win. I clearly said ~monday, so can that not be tuesday, wednesday? When I'm free and in the mood I can knock out 10-12 games in a day.

Today's tuesday and you've changed your password already so I'm assuming you don't want the boost to G5 anymore since you've changed your password. Again I said ~monday, which was yesterday which by definition gives me a leeway of ~2-3 days and as your password has already been changed, I assume you don't want the boost anymore.

Go and have a cry, like I told you on discord, you have no basis to make a scam report. I gave you an incredibly generous compensation for the 2 lost games, as I've said before I made you an offer out of my own good will to get you to G5 when realistically I only owed you about 4 net wins, instead of essentially 20 net wins. I said the service will be done ~MONDAY and you changed your pw at 2PM on tuesday, which was when I was planning on getting you to at least G5 promos.
I have no respect for pricks like you. If you no longer want me to play on your account anymore then thank you for allowing me to have the much needed night off to play Apex Legends tonight.

Realistically, you owed me a 100% refund when you guaranteed me 7 wins and went 5/5 LOL.

 

Take a look at other boosting threads buddy, I've looked through and talked to a ton of boosters before posting my boosting thread and when net wins/guaranteed placement game requirements aren't met the customer will receive extra wins unless agreed otherwise, that's common boosting practice.
Not to mention you agreed to accept G5 as compensation and I've since started the process, and the ~monday deadline has not been met.
This is now what I owe you once you've changed your password this afternoon.

Of course you're not continuing having access to my account. You couldn't provide a service, you're clearly struggling for money and are going through hard times, so I wouldn't be surprised if you're so depressed you need to get me banned then blame it on me to avoid having to play / pay your debt. What first deadline? You never gave me any deadline yourself and all I gave you were rough estimations as to when the service would be completed. I specified "a couple days" thinking your account wouldn't have horrible MMR - you state I "ruined" your account by going 5-5 even though theres proof from your win/loss LP gain that despite being G5 last season, your MMR was probably at a silver 4-3 level, by me going 7-3 you would've been placed at best Silver 3.

The second "deadline" I gave you was ~monday, I played 7 games on that day I got 6 wins on your account, and I finished all 10 of your placements in 1 sitting, OPGG says 9-8 days ago but I stayed up in the AM finishing your games, that probably makes me capable of playing at least 10 games in a day. I'm not someone who plays 3-4 games/day, I set time aside and spam games. As I said earlier, I can play up to 12-14 games in a day but I have shit to do on weekends, thats why i gave you a ~monday estimate. I got on today to play but the password was changed by noon and instead you create a scam report without even speaking to me on discord, the service would've been completed on wednesday to which I think an ~monday approximation is justifiable.

In terms of LP I lost by not going 7-3 and instead 5-5, I owed you 6 net wins MAX which I've already completed you ungreatful prick, I offered to get you to G5 out of my own kindness but I owe you nothing once the 6 net wins were completed.
Since you no longer trust me on my account I'm gonna go play Apex Legends, peace.

I've discussed this with fellow staff and there has been a reasonable effort made to make up for going 5/5 in placements, therefore there is no scam here.
