I sold him 126m via trade to the bobbles user, he told me he was going to send the payment and never sent it, then he told me that he needed 3 confirmations and neither, then I told him to return my gold and he disconnected and he did not answer anymore.

Transactions can get caught up in the Blockchain, I suggest you mention this next time before trading that you are waiting on a transaction. If this continues you will get a TWC for poor trading practices.
