Should and can Africa be helped?

I think most of us can agree. At the present moment, Africa (well Sub-Saharan at least) is FUCKED. They lack the basic resources to survive, they lack infrastructure to develop, and are falling behind in our globalizing world.

Try to answer the following questions when you post a response:
1. Is it our responsibility to help them? Are national boundaries more important than the bonds of humanity?
2. How should we help them?
3. Propose an ideal outcome of the "help" you provide.

My theories/ideas

1. Donated money is corrupted and unregulated. Epic fail.
2. Donated food is a waste. It only creates a downward cycle. Without birth control, the following happens: You give food, you essentially have 10 starving babies instead of the usual 4-5.
3. Infrastructure is often non-existent, and not pratical to setup in a "capitalistic" business market.
4. AIDS/Malaria - Incurable (Malaria in the sense that wiping out mosquitoes is impossible), and AIDS kills working population.
5. Genocides kill the rest.

The only solution I see is a takeover/ a cooperative agreement to institute birth control in favor of aid.

What this thread is not: No racisism. No assumptions that black people are genetically inferior or dumber, no use of the term "******".

 

heres something that happened recently a mad made a crop that would grow in the terrible enviroment but those stupid motherfuckers from greanpeace convinced the government of africa that the food would be poisonous so the government decided not to let them grow the crop which starved alot of africans

No, it is not our responsibility but we still try to help them and we're doing the best we can.

To be honest, from what I know of this situation I've got to say just, stop the help... We're just feeding them and they have sex and give birth to children with aids which will just eat food and have sex. Since we're not providing enough medical care or schooling whats the use by just making them live longer? It has been going on for long enough.

3. Propose an ideal outcome of the "help" you provide.
Bring a serious military troop to remove the terrorists in the region, provide some serious cash from global bank, help the government become more stable and more help full. BUT we all know that this will never happen.

I wouldn't provide help.

If I were to take you seriously, I'd say this. Should we kill, stupid people, fat people, hobos, handicapped people, seniors? Where's the line to draw?

1. No, we need to help our people and fix what is wrong here. How are you supposed to make other countries better if your country is fucked up the way it is? And helping another country is like a mother feeding other children and leaving her children to starve.

2. Stopping them from bringing more children into their shitty world.

3. The main problem with Africa is that they keep having too many fucking kids and spreading AIDS and shit, so we need to genetically engineer a chemical that will prevent the development of sperm in males. Then we need to spray this chemical all over their farms, water supplies, put it in medicine. Then the african male will consume this chemical and when he rapes a woman, the woman wont get pregnant and there wont be another child brought into their poverty ridden world. Then the population will go down and when there is a very small amount of people left, that is when we should go in and teach them democracy and how to create a society, etc. Also we should test every one of them for AIDS and malaria and prevent the diseased ones from transferring it to other people, somehow. So then they will learn that and when they repopulate, they will teach it to all of their kids (hopefully). And we should also relocate them away from all the malaria and bad farmland, and nuke all of the crappy places to get rid of the mosquitos that carry malaria and other diseases, and take care of the rest with pesticides, etc.

Africa can be helped. It's the last place on Earth for cheap labour, as China is developing too quickly nowadays.

 

The ratio of black people to white people does not correlate with that of poor people to rich people, therefore all black people are poor and poverty is a black disease. Black people are actively spreading poverty, therefore blackness is a bad thing.

The sun shines more at the equator, therefore it's always night time in Britain, and we can conveniently blame africa for global warming.
