How to Mod Wiimote and Nunchuck

1.These are the things you need

• 
  [*]Wiimote
  [*]Nunchuck
  [*]Soldering Iron
  [*]Solder
  [*]3mm Blue Led
  [*]Tri-Wing Screwdriver
  [*]Phillips Screwdriver Set
  [*]Cup Cake Mat:rofl

Step 1
First you get your wiimote, nunchuck, soldering iron, solder, etc...




Step 2
Now you take your tri-wing screwdriver and you take your nunchuck apart like this..



Step 3
You take your 3mm led and you solder to these points on the nunchuck board like so


Step 4
Now your nunchuck should look like this



Step 5
You plug your nunchuck to your wiimote and see if it works if so put everything back together like this



And there you go your modded nunchuck now on to the wiimote

Step 1
You get your wiimote and take it apart like so


Be careful on this part take your phillips flathead and pry your wiimote cover off but dont break it




Step 2
Now you take the board out of the casing and flip it over


Step 3
You solder your 3mm led to these points


Step 4
Now bend your led over to the other side and position it like so


Step 5
Pop your batteries back in and see if it works. im my case it does




Step 6
If it works put your wiimote back together



GRATZ! you have now finished your! wiimote and nunchuck mod! here is the finished product!!

Is this safe or would you say I would have to be particularly good at soldering?
I don't want to risk it going wrong to be honest though this guide does describe and show well enough in the numerous pictures

You think your so smart huh?. This is not a useless guide this guide, tell me whats so useless about this guide? because you dont have a Wii?. This can help alot of people out thier fotunate of having 1. This is nothing like the vid, might be same method but its the only way to add a Led light to a device. My picture's are different Ive gone into depth with detail unlike that video which I havent seen before.

same here but you didnt answer my question what's so useless about this guide, when so many people fail to Solder their controllers? next time dont make dumb judgements, I do accept your critisism maybe if you can tell me how to improve it then it would be more fair.

 

If this isn't ripped, I personally enjoyed this guide. Nice use of pictures, but, it lacks in detail just a little. Good work though, 8/10.

edit:in the 4th picture your screwdriver is levitating if somone could tell me how to do that i would be amazed lol
