I personally think that it would have been better with no border what so ever. Reason for that is, near the edges it seems to gain a lot of depth and be sinking off into the background, the border kills that for me.

 

It's cute, text kinda ruins it for me. (never liked text) but other than that, it looks great! 8/10

Oh, and stop using anime girls for your render. Diversify For flips sake!

 

All your sigs are someone the same. All you use are anime renders, put a kinda spiderweb background put a glow add text and BAM. You need to start experiments more with different techniques so that your sigs don't all look the same.
