    I'm under 18 and I need to open a bank account that my parents can't access. Is there anyway this can be done online, and if not what places can I go to do it. I've heard that you can at Bank Of America but I'm not too sure.

    You don't legally have any money.

    So, no matter what you do, assuming your parents know about the bank account, which they will figure out from the mail, they can access it.


    I might not be correct, but I'm pretty sure that's the case.

    I know that I'm asking where you can open one if you're under 18, which might be everywhere but I'm not too sure.

    I read somewhere that there's a way where they can't access it, but that's actaully not really to important. I just need to get one started.

    There is no way. You would have to be 18. You could do a paypal but that is it. If you want to buy porn try paypal.

    go try a few banks and ask them if parental permission is required.. i got mine without my parents i just brought my birth certificate and drivers license. and when you get to the bank ask for online banking.

    Alright, my freind said it was possible but you need at least two ID's to show them. I'll probably get it done sometime later. Thanks for the help.
