Pretty basic monitor, its a normal price for what you get. If you need a monitor that does its job without any fancy stuff this is what you'd get.

Price isn't really that great. I'd suggest checking out Amazon warehouse for open box monitors.

    Refurbished monitor? lmao.
Decide what you need in a monitor, and then search your favorite website for the cheapest known brand and you're good.
A list of things to consider:
    - Resolution (4k is expensive, and only great pc's can run it well) will probably be 1080p or 1440p.
    - Refresh rate. 60hz is minimum, if you play competitive games or would like to, higher is better. 75 is decent, 144 is best, but again, check your pc specs if it can handle that.
    - Connections. Hdmi 1.2?1.4? Displayport? VGA(lol)? Check your GPU for the highest supported and what it'll run good.
    - Last but not least freesynch? If you have an AMD gpu, chances are you'll want a freesynch monitor to go with it, easier to get higher framerates in games with a supported monitor if you have one. The name of the Nvidia variant of this escapes me, but it's super expensive so probably not your budget.
