Doing a report on @CryptoGOLD , He's a good guy and done good work for me he just happen to fuck up and gain a defense level on my account and shrugged it off like it isn't a problem. I've asked for some time of reimbursement but no response (almost 2 days now).

Account was 35 defense balista ragger. and I intended it to stay that way because I dislike zerkers and other mains, Also samurai armor gives close defense bonus to rune. and 3rd age robes are sexy.

I've paid hundreds of dollars to @Hahanerd for him to max it and a lot of money to other users to quest it while I focused on work in real life. Now it seems like a year of work has been messed up in a instance.

I don't know what to ask for in reimbursement but was told by a admin not to let him slide.

Grettings sythe staff and customer, I would like to point out some important things regards this report:

1) He NEVER stated that I had to not level up any defence level during the our coversations, so I just assumed that the account was in the way to become a Zeker (I avoided to get defence xp at all cost, and as he stated he only needed 35 xp to get level 36)

ALL OF OUR CONVERSATIONS FROM THE TIME HE CONTACTED ME TO THE TIME I STARTED THE SERVICE, WHERE HE NEVER STATED THE DEFENCE PROHIBITION.


2) I told him that his account is not ruined, why is that? He needs 2 extra defence levels to achive the next combat level.

TIP: The point of not getting defence levels on any kind of account is to AVOID COMBAT LEVELS.


3) I don't remember getting any defence level, even my osbuddy didn't recive any screenshots getting the level so my theory is that he got the level during the time he logged into the account accidentally ,just to avoid the payment or just to get another account for free.

4) In my TOS I stated that " There are no refunds once we start your order "

5) My services are not OUTSOURCED as most of the members here in this forum.

6) My intentions never were bad with this guy I even completed TWO quest for free for him because he didn't tell me that he was missing those quest required to complete mm2.

7) This is my way of living, I've been in this forum for almost 1 YEAR WITH 0 DISPUTES so this can talk about my integrity.

8) Why I didn't reply to him anymore: (He is a very rude guy)

Consider the fact that I didn't locked him in discord, I just ignored him because he was asking me to pay him he whole amount that he "has spent on his account" (300$) which is ridiculus, his account is worth like 140$ at the much, just check the account threads.

9) Previus disputes of this user in this forums:
Diete refusing refund

Conclusion: I'm not paying him the value of his account back because he never stated the defence prohibition, I don't do refunds, and his account IS NOT RUINED.

Theres a pic of me being worried about defense xp so I figured you knew not to gain defense xp.

I paid for quests that give no defense xp to be done. I'm actually not rude because this time you took almost 8 days to complete everything and I did not complain.
I did not ask for what my account is worth back I merely stated that you ruined what I paid for and I deserve something fair.

and for your mention of @Diete he was also banned for scamming after he scammed me.

Also im not doing this for money, I have enough in my bank. I'm doing it because the account I was building was ruined.

That picture is from an order that I completed for you 14 days before you made this need order for mm2, so it can be consider as a completed order.

You can't assume that I will remember every order I complete even if the account is the same having many orders running.

When you make a new order you need to provide, account details, payment, order and specifications(LIKE NO DEFENCE XP) again (this is common sense)

 

A good example of this is the boglagold checkout, everytime you buy new things you have the option to point out the things that you don't want EX: "Do not get defence xp"

 

Yes I logged into the account with permission. and I know for a fact the defense was the same. I don't have proof other then psychological. Why would anyone offer to do 3 free quests? Sounds like guilt to me.

Also he already admitted to gaining a defense level and said sorry. but I can tell the failed moderators of this website are going to pass a failed judgement again just like they did on my last scam report so...

Also he says he out sourced my order, So how do I know that someone he hired did not get the defense level and not mention it to him?

 

It clearly says there that "I don't remember getting any defence level" , even osbuddy doesn't have any screenshot getting the level.

Also I have completed free quest for many custumers, that is a common practice for me, because I'm a cool guy that cares about customers.

I could keeping searching but those are recent, I can't spend my whole life doing it because of a silly statement as "Why would anyone offer to do 3 free quests? Sounds like guilt to me"

IMO: It takes more time to wait for them to pay you the things to continue the orders instead of just moving forward for free.

 

You must show the evidence of this.

This is a big lie, I don't outsource anything I could tell you, if that were true I wouldn't have ONLY 350 Vouches.

We might not be a big team yet, but this is the SAFEST practice in the whole forum, that is why we have never been reported in 1 year.

FYI: I was the one that completed you order because mm2 is a very hard quest and the workers are not trainned in that area yet.

 

You're literally contradicting yourself here. If you have any kind of workers, you're outsourcing your services, when you aren't doing every service yourself, it means you're outsourcing it. Doesn't matter if you're watching over them 24/7 or not.

1) I don't have any outsiders foreign supplier or people from other countries.

2) I don't give the orders to anyone else/other users that my workers IRL from my own company.

I currently have 5, All of them are IRL friends and family members.

 

I already said that I completed the order by myself because they lack experience to complete it, they can testify in a video if you need it.

I completed the order and gave him the vouch link and stuff, then he talked to me some 25 mins later telling me that "I got him 36 def"

Let me point out something very important that I didn't noticed

When I got him 55 Agility, I sent him this picture which shows that he was 35 defence.



Then I went to sleep, this was at 12:39 am, proving that It was me the one that was doing the order.

He logs in and does slayer on his account, the only bad thing I did is not to figured out if he got a defence level or not (Let's remember again that he never told to not touch defence when he made the order)
